Shipping Information

Global Watchband’s policy is to process your order as soon as possible.

  • We do our best to ship items that are in stock within 1-2 business days.
  • Items that are out of stock because they need to be picked up from the factory will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

Hadley Roma has the largest selection of watch attachments in the world and is located right here in Largo Florida. I live minutes from the factory which allows me the accessibility to hand select the best and most beautiful bands they make. It also permits me to get anything that Hadley Roma and Hirsch carries regardless of it being on or off of my inventory list. Living so close to the factory always assures fast shipping even with a special request.

If your order needs to be received in a specific time frame it is your responsibility to select the shipping method that is appropriate for your needs.

  • Domestic First Class mail normally takes 3-7 business days.*
  • Domestic Priority mail normally takes 2-3 business days.*
  • Domestic Priority Mail Express normally takes 1-2 business days.**

* These are estimated time frames from USPS.
** Domestic Priority Mail Express is the only that comes with a guaranteed delivery, if it does not make it in the estimated time, you will only be refunded for postage. If you no longer want your order at that point, it will need to be returned to receive a refund.

Please note I do not work for the Post office. I only use the United States Postal System to ship orders. I do not have control over the speed of shipment once it leaves my office. Most mail moves in a very timely manner but there are occasional delays and even lost packages.

International Shipping Information

International Shipping can take 7 to 14 business days or even as long as a month at the very long end of shipping.

First Class International and Priority International can only be tracked until it leaves the US. Shipping times will vary internationally depending on how long Customs holds the shipment up for.

I do not have control over the speed of shipment once it leaves my office. Most mail moves in a very timely manner but there are occasional delays. Globalwatchband is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.

Customs and Duty fees

Any and all duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Globalwatchband does not have a list of those possible fees.


Returns

It is my goal that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Globalwatchband. In the event that a return or exchange is needed here is the return policy and procedures.

Returning items you purchased:

  • If you are not fully satisfied, returns are accepted for 60 days from order date.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Product must be in the condition it was received in - "As New" condition - Watch bands cannot be worn, buckled, bent out of shape, soiled, marked, scratched, or missing pieces.
  • Product must be returned in its original inner packaging, ex: original watch band case or plastic sleeve with item information on it.
  • Product MUST be returned in a Padded envelope to avoid getting damaged or lost in the mail. Tracking is recommended for return items. Globalwatchband is not responsible for products that have not been received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping (except if product is defective or the mistake is on behalf of Globalwatchband).
  • Refunds are issued via method of original payment, ex: credit card or PayPal etc...
  • Refunds are issued upon receiving the returned items, watch band or bands and every effort is made to process returns and exchanges within 24 hrs.
  • Custom orders must be paid in full and are not returnable for any reason what so ever.
  • Globalwatchband does not assume any responsibility for any damages to your watch, and cannot reimburse or pay for any damages to your watch during or after band replacement. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with replacing your watch band, any jeweler can assist in replacing your new band.
  • The order information along with a note detailing the need for a return MUST be in the return package in order for me to be able to issue a refund.

  • If there is a price difference between the exchange of products, the balance will be taken care of before the exchange is shipped to you. Will refund or charge resulting balance via method payment was made with for the price difference between the products.
  • Exchanges are issued upon receiving the returned items, watch band or bands and every effort is made to process exchanges within 24 hrs.
  • In the rare occurrence that it is the fault of Globalwatchband that you need an exchange, return shipping will be paid. If you are exchanging a product, and it is not defective or an incorrect order, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping of the original product ordered.
  • Globalwatchband does not assume any responsibility for any damages to your watch, and cannot reimburse or pay for any damages to your watch during or after band replacement. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with replacing your watch band, any jeweler can assist in replacing your new band.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be cancelled at any time, as long as the product has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it will have to be returned. If cancellation is required please email or call as soon as possible.

Warranty and Return

All Hirsch and Hadley-Roma straps come with a one year manufacturer warranty. The Hirsch performance line offers a 2.5 year manufacturer warranty. Globalwatchband will work with the manufacturer to replace any defective products. You will need to email a photo of the watch band to sales@globalwatchband.com along with a description of the problem or call us at 727-269-3060. If the item arrives damaged Globalwatchband will pay for return shipping of the item. If the band develops issues from normal wear and tear and is approved for an exchange it will need to be mailed back at your own expense. Warranty Claims must be submitted within the proper time frame and will only be approved if the damage to the product is considered "normal" wear and tear. Claims must be approved by manufacturer prior to replacement.
